Salem Pastoral Counseling Center provides individual and family counsel with religious and spiritual concerns in a confidential atmosphere by interfaith and Christian counselors.

INTEGRATING SPIRITUALITY AND PSYCHOTHERAPY

Salem Pastoral Counseling Center offers counseling services by well trained and licensed counselors who have a sensitivity to religious and spiritual concerns. Counseling is provided for a wide variety of individual, relationship, and family concerns, in an atmosphere of  confidentiality, acceptance, trust, and understanding.

Sponsorship - The Salem Pastoral Counseling Center is sponsored by contributions and endorsements by a broad spectrum of churches in the Willamette Valley.  The Center and its operations are governed by a Board of Directors.

 

SALEM PASTORAL COUNSELING CENTER IS COMMITTED TO THE FOLLOWING:

♦ Each person is valued by God.

♦ Each counselor is a well-trained, competent and recognized professional and also a committed person of faith, in good standing in a religious community.

♦ The counseling process will usually be short-term, supportive, and focused on improving relationships and one’s ability to cope with life.

♦ Counselors will develop trusting and helpful relationships with other counselors, pastors, and persons in the helping professions.

♦ Counseling is a ministry which can assist in fulfilling the purpose of the church.

♦ The Center is interfaith in spirit and practice.

The Center is located on the north side of Union St., between Church St. and High St.  The offices are easily reached by city bus and are accessible by ADA standards (Americans With Disabilities Act).
