I practice an interpersonal narrative approach to family therapy, viewing our work together as a mutual contract. I focus energies on the immediate problem behavior, attentive to the past influences, open to future possibilities. Our work will uncover creative, adaptive, and constructive ways of removing the various constraints, including gender, class, and cultural roles, which keep us “stuck.”
