I am trained as a marriage and family therapist and work with individual adults, couples, and family groups. My work is informed by family systems theories, the science of attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy. My work with couples is also influenced by the Gottman Institute and Emotion Focused Couple Therapy.
My clients come from a wide variety of backgrounds and beliefs. I will always work to understand your story and what’s important to you, and incorporate your values and beliefs as resources for healing.
I work with people who are grappling with issues like grief and loss, broken trust in relationships, the journey of motherhood and the many complexities that come with it, holding space for faith and doubt, and reckoning with wounding that sometimes happens in religious contexts.
