I became a counselor because I want to listen and engage with you in your story. Regardless of what you are going through, I believe that there is healing in having the support of another along the journey.

Life is full of challenges, leaving you feeling burnt out, overwhelmed with current circumstances, dreading the future, or grieving loss. Therapy can be a daunting journey to embark on, but I would be honored to begin the journey with you. I hope that my office can become a safe and comforting space, where we can work together as you heal at your own pace. I believe that there is hope for you as you learn new boundaries and coping skills, heal current and past wounds, and become more confident and grounded in who you are.

I hold a Person Centered view of therapy, as I seek to help by coming alongside you in your struggles. While Person Centered is my main approach, I am happy to incorporate other modalities of therapy to best suit each client's individual needs and healing process.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, family of origin exploration, identity and self worth struggles, religious abuse and spirituality, teen and adolescent struggles, and trauma. Regardless of what you are facing, I will seek to honor you through the entirety of the therapy process.

While Christianity is a part of my worldview, out of respect for each individuals' beliefs, I will not impose my values on clients.

I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am a Professional Counseling Associate through Oregon State, supervised by George Olson MA, LPC, NCC.

I look forward to meeting you.
