I approach therapy with warmth and curiosity, grounded in the belief that people at every stage of life have God-given worth and the capacity for growth. Many patterns and thoughts that cause difficulty in our lives began as meaningful ways of coping or protecting ourselves. Therapy offers a place to understand those patterns without judgment, recognize how they once served us, and let go of what is no longer helpful. Whether you are navigating grief, loss, depression, a difficult season, or patterns that are no longer serving you, I consider it a privilege to come alongside you. Whatever your background or story, my hope is that you feel accepted and genuinely understood during our work together.

I enjoy working with children ages 9 and older as well as teens and adults. My approach is relational and experiential, drawing from psychodynamic and AEDP therapies while incorporating practical strategies from CBT. Therapy is tailored to the needs and goals of each person. Clinical interests include depression, anxiety, maternal mental health, family estrangement, and ADHD.
