My work is focused on families, young children, adolescents, parents, groups, co-occurring addiction / recovery work and adults. I strive towards the integration of the whole person with their family and environment. I want to assist individuals in connecting with the natural supports in their life so that they have a healthy and enhanced sense of community.

I affirm the worth and value of each person as made in the image of God and want to help each person reach their full potential. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

I am married and have four children. In my free time I enjoy reading, traveling, DIY projects, trying new foods, and the great outdoors. I attend Salem Alliance Church.

I am happy to meet in person or through telehealth as conditions and the individual require.
